Sadie Mi' Lady 185, #12
2/8/09 -
This is a new yalaha for a woman named Debbie who says she got the
inspiration to do her front porch from me. It took her
eight months and she did it all by herself. I told her I
would like to share with my readers her work. Notice her dog
looking out from the door. After I had picked a name for this
piece, I found out her little dog was named Sadie! Is that
divine providence or what! She's going to help me out with
perfecting my yalahas. Rich colors of red, blue and turquoise
will be used.
Gratitude
unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into
enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos
into order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a
feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and
creates a vision for tomorrow.
